Life Insurance

1 x Annual salary up to $180k - 100% paid by COE

Basic Personal Accident Insurance

100% of annual salary up to $180k – 100% paid by COE

Short Term Disability Insurance

60% of weekly salary up to $2,000 per week for 13 weeks - 100% paid by COE 

Long Term Disability

60% of weekly salary up to $10k per month paid after 90 days   - 100% paid by COE 

Health/Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Tax free help for planned or unexpected out-of-pocket health care costs i.e. orthodontia, hearing exams/aids, laser vision surgery, deductibles, co-pays, Direct deposit reimbursement available – 85% of monthly fee paid by COE
