GoConnect provides configurable mapping capabilities where agencies can select data element specifications from pre-defined data specifications required for employee performance management in GoalOwner. GoConnect is built on Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 Microsoft’s premiere server for building solutions for business processes and integration, and includes a GoalOwner adapter and a Web Services Adapter that helps integrate data from payroll systems. GoConnect offers flat file based and web services based integration.
