- Business Capture
Manager
The Capture Manager
works as part of an integrated business development
team managing business acquisition activity. This role
is responsible for the
management of all activity required
to develop and execute strategy, assemble resources, manage
the process, and ensure quality
proposals are delivered and
business development activities result in
capture. The role requires a
seasoned and effective manager and
communicator who has some acumen in our
business lines serving the Federal
government. This role also requires a motivated self-starter
with an ability to
gain internal commitments, to follow through on
managing the process, and to ensure on
time, quality delivery from supporting resources.
Consulting Solutions
- Senior Consultant
Key
responsibilities include providing expert level
consulting to Federal agencies to assist them in
achieving measurable improvements in their
organizational performance; building business;
marketing COE's capabilities; managing client
relationships; leading consulting engagements; and
providing thought leadership. Successful candidates
will have 10+ years consulting experience in
broad-based organizational effectiveness, including HR
strategy and planning, OD and change, business process
improvement, leadership development, workforce
planning, performance management as well as proven
track record of business development and project
management. Federal experience is a must.
- Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
COE is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to act the as primary point of contact and build effective relationships with assigned clients. This individual will lead teams coordinating strategic planning, human capital assessment, change management, and leadership sessions. Additional responsibilities include developing proposals, work plans, schedules, implementation strategies, and achieving cost, schedule, and quality metrics under the Project Manager's supervision. This candidate will evaluate and support employee development and process improvement activities.
Technology Solutions
- IT Specialist
COE is currently seeking an IT Specialist who supports COE by engaging in day-to-day IT activities designed to maintain the company's IT operations. This position includes support of a wide range of activities including configuration, procurement and installation of user workstations, software infrastructure maintenance, acting as a point of contact in resolving IT issues, managing and configuring the phone system, web site maintenance, PDA and smartphone configuration, and training COE staff in the use of technology and related tools.
- Java Developer
COE is currently seeking a
Java Developer for a data warehouse project. This
position will develop complex software applications,
document technical requirements from user requirement
specifications, modify and maintain existing
applications using software development lifecycle
(SLDC) methodology. The Java Developer should possess
good oral and written communications skills, be a team
player, self motivated and have the ability to thrive
in a multi-tasking environment. Dependability and
maintaining a good attitude and strong work ethic are
integral components of this position.
- Technical Lead
COE is currently seeking a
Technical Lead. This candidate will focus on solution
development and delivery and will provide technical
direction for the development, design, and systems
integration for client engagement from definition
phase through implementation. This candidate will need
to apply their knowledge of industry trends and
developments to improve service to our clients. The
ideal candidate easily recognizes system deficiencies
and implements effective solutions and will have
expertise with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and
RUP.
- Senior Application Lead
COE is seeking a
Senior Application Lead. This position will be
responsible for developing and/or assisting in the
development of detailed functional requirements for
the product based on customer and industry
requirements. This person will work with software and
engineering to finalize product requirements during
the design phase and to validate specifications during
development/testing. The Senior Application Lead will
also provide functional and technical in-depth
functional analysis in support of project scope and
objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
4 years experience in systems architecture and full
life cycle application development, regularly works
under deadlines and is capable of handling extreme
workloads.
- Data Warehouse Architect/Development Lead
COE is seeking an
experienced Data Warehouse Architect/Development Lead
to act as the primary technical architect for data
warehousing projects to solve some of the toughest
challenges on the project. This position will also be
responsible for providing deep technical expertise in
database design, ETL, reporting and analytics. This
will include being able to integrate with the database
development and reports development teams to create
ETL processes and data marts for project applications;
being compliant with project standards and guidelines,
and integrating these standards into the development
process.
- Senior ETL Developer
COE is currently
seeking a Senior Extraction Transformation and Load
(ETL) Developer for a data cleansing project. The ETL
Developer will be part of a team to load XML data
feeds from various sources into the data mart. The ETL
Developer will also be responsible for ETL processes
and tools as well as database loading and
manipulation. This individual will carry primary
responsibility for ensuring that the data needs for
the project are met throughout the course of the
project. In addition, the Developer will assist with
Java programming as needed in a J2EE environment. This
individual should be experienced working with XML
files and XSLT.
- Program Manager
COE is looking for a highly
motivated Program Manager with the program management
skills and initiative to handle a new Federal
government program. Duties for this position will
include the key elements of program/project
management, functional management and customer
relations. This individual must have demonstrated
qualifications to plan, organize, staff, report,
coordinate, control, identify/mitigate risk and direct
all phases of programs/projects from inception through
completion. The individual in this position will
coordinate the preparation of proposals, business
plans, proposal work statements and specifications,
operating budgets and financial terms and conditions
of contracts.
- Senior Business Analyst
Key
responsibilities include supporting the business
aspects of requirements gathering, analysis, design
and development, as well as involvement in
identifying, developing and documenting requirements
and detailed specifications. Should possess good
working knowledge of industry standard modeling and
documentation tools such as ERWIN, Requisite Pro and
Visual prototyping tools. Federal experience a plus.
- Data Architect/Senior Data Analyst
Responsibilities include data
architecture/data modeling for a large federal data
warehouse, creating detailed programming
specifications for ETL, data migration, data cleansing
and scrubbing processes, and will perform detailed
data analysis including data quality and consistency.
The person will also be responsible for automating
data loading and cleansing processes. The person will
work collaboratively in facilitating requirements,
design and development with the architect, development
team, and client
organization.
